Hermes

Getting started

Set up your workspace, connect Shopify, import your roster and run your first campaign on Hermes in under an hour.

Hermes is live the moment your store is connected. There is no data warehouse to stand up and no tracking script to babysit. You create a workspace, link Shopify, bring in the creators you already work with, and launch across paid partnerships, gifting, or affiliate. Attribution starts flowing back from real orders the same day.

What you'll need

  • Admin access to your Shopify store, to authorize the app and read orders
  • A short list of creators you already work with, or the brief for the ones you want to find
  • One channel to start: a paid partnership, a gifting drop, or an affiliate program
  • Optional: Meta or TikTok ad account access if you want spend and results synced from day one

Launch in five steps

  1. 01

    Create your workspace

Sign in, name your workspace, and invite your team. Roles and permissions are set here, so the right people get access to campaigns, budgets, and reporting from the start.

  2. 02

    Connect Shopify

Authorize the Hermes app in one click. We read your orders and product catalog so gifts ship as real orders and attribution is grounded in actual revenue, not estimated clicks.

  3. 03

    Import your roster

Upload the creators you already partner with, or source new ones from the social graph by audience, niche, and past performance. Profiles are deduplicated and enriched automatically.

  4. 04

    Launch your first campaign

Pick a channel: paid partnership, product gifting, or affiliate. Set the offer, assign creators, and go live. Each channel runs on the same record, so you compare them on equal terms.

  5. 05

    Watch attribution flow back

As orders come in, Hermes ties revenue to the creator and channel that drove it. Your dashboard fills with first-party attribution within hours, not at the end of the month.

Most teams complete all five steps in under an hour. The longest part is usually deciding which creators to start with, and Hermes does that work for you with roster import and sourcing side by side.

First-day result

Launch one gifting drop on day one. Because gifts post as real Shopify orders, you will see attributed revenue from those creators without setting up a single tracking link.

After launch

Once your first campaign is running, add a second channel and let Hermes compare them on shared attribution. Connect your ad platforms to fold paid spend into the same view, and invite finance or leadership with read-only access so ROI is visible without a hand-built report.
